Refund policy

At GK Prime Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within
24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund
or replacement.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. “No restocking fee unless required by payment provider”                                                                                                             

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Delays caused by customs or carrier issues

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
